Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga

Fee Klauser is an experienced Pre- and Postnatal Yoga teacher with 6 Years teaching experience, she is also a mum and a daughter of a home birth midwife, this all together feeds her compassion towards women in all circumstances.

Fee's classes include flowing and quite active Yoga poses, useful breathing techniques and relaxation/meditation time.

Prenatal Yoga

The 6-Week Prenatal Yoga Courses run regularly and are suited for all trimesters and is designed to support you during pregnancy, physically and emotionally by strengthening and nurturing the body. It is a weekly space to focus on your pregnancy and meet other mums-to-be. You will learn useful breathing techniques that women have employed for generations in assisting natural birth by staying centred, calm and strong. The body is going through vast inner and outer changes whilst growing a little human being and it is therefore important to nurture yourself with lots of love and tenderness.

Mondays from 6.15 to 7.30 pm

Mums&Bubs Yoga

The 6-Week Mums&Bubs Yoga Courses run regularly and are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby in a safe way. The focus lies on stabilising the core and pelvic floor areas as well as opening and strengthening the chest and shoulder areas through the practice of flowing and steady yoga poses and useful breathing techniques to encourage an easy recovery from pregnancy and labour.

All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way, to recharge your energy and meet other 'new' mums and babies.

Tuesdays from 10 to 11 am with optional catch up until 11.30
